ARC Solutions began as Advanced Restoration, Cleaning & Building Solutions, with a focus on practical support for restoration, cleaning, environmental, and building-related needs.

ARC is led by Jake Klipp, whose background includes more than 20 years of experience in restoration, environmental services, healthcare support environments, construction, facility operations, and safety training.

That experience shapes ARC’s practical approach to training and building support: clear communication, realistic expectations, and an understanding of how work is performed in active, occupied, and operational environments.

Through continued field experience, professional development, and a growing focus on workplace safety, ARC expanded to include ARC Training Solutions as a dedicated training division.

Today, ARC Solutions operates through two connected areas of service: ARC Training Solutions and ARC Building Solutions.

Together, these divisions allow ARC to work with a wide range of companies to encourage safer workplaces, support ongoing operations, and provide practical guidance for building, environmental, containment, repair, and project-related needs.
